3. Structural characteristics of silicon carbide ceramic membrane
(1) Multi-channel tubular structure design: using the fluid separation process in the form of "cross-flow filtration", the raw material liquid flows at high speed in the membrane tube, and the clear permeate containing small molecular components penetrates the membrane outward along the perpendicular direction driven by pressure, and the turbid concentrate containing macromolecular components is intercepted by the membrane, so that the fluid achieves the purpose of separation, concentration and purification. The liquid flow direction is tangent to the membrane surface, the temporary cover of the membrane surface will be carried away by the fluid, the biggest advantage of the membrane equipment using cross-flow separation technology is that the membrane is not easy to foul, and the equipment can run stably for a long time.
(2) Asymmetric structure design: improve the effect of backwashing process, high-frequency backwashing process in process design can wash away pollutants on the membrane surface, restore its filtration function, ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment, and extend the membrane cleaning cycle.
4. Technical characteristics of silicon carbide ceramic membrane products
(1) Advanced ceramic firing technology
Silicon carbide ceramic microfiltration and ultrafiltration membrane are recrystallized and sintered at a high temperature of 2400 °C. The recrystallization technology makes the surface of silicon carbide crystal particles smooth and rounded, and the support layer, transition layer and separation layer have no closed pores and channels, forming an asymmetric membrane structure.
(2) The world's leading silicon carbide nanocoating technology
The use of self-designed automatic coating device to ensure that the thickness of each film layer is uniform, the thickness of the film layer is about 120μm, compared with the traditional oxide ceramic 20μm, with higher wear resistance, the film formula design is optimized, so that the film layer has a higher water flux, which is 3-5 times that of ordinary ceramic membrane, lower pressure loss, normal use of transmembrane pressure difference of 1 bar.
(3) High-precision comprehensive membrane product testing process
Each membrane of Dijie factory has been tested several times, length, diameter, verticality need to be tested, after passing the code, the maximum pore size is not less than 3 times, and finally marked with the pore size code to ensure the safety and stability of membrane classification, the process ensures the reliability of the membrane of each factory.
