The use of self-designed automatic coating device to ensure that the thickness of each film layer is uniform, the thickness of the film layer is about 120μm, compared with the traditional oxide ceramic 20μm, with higher wear resistance, the film formula design is optimized, so that the film layer has a higher water flux, which is 3-5 times that of ordinary ceramic membrane, lower pressure loss, normal use of transmembrane pressure difference of 1 bar.
